Scary

My mm fell down yesteday evening after stepping on a slippery puddle of water(which was there after I mopped floor).

She was carrying my sis' baby in her arms and even though she held the baby tightly, still the baby's right cheek hit the wooden chair.

She was so anxious and so I recommended her to hurry and see the doctor. It was a long story, but anyway, thankfully, after the doc's checkup, the baby did not hit her head or anywhere else apart from her cheek which we already knew and discovered.

It was really dangerous because the baby's still very very young and my mom's already not that young anymore. So when you have an aged person falling down straight on the floor while she's carrying a 3 months+ baby in her arms, it's totally and absolutely dangerous.

That incident served as a great reminder for all of us in the house I think. And I know where I did wrong and the various situations and stuff of take extra care of.

I already have this thought everyday in me, but I hope everyone will also do the same. And that is to not assume and take for granted that living normally, our everyday is going to pass well and fine. For anyone who doesn't believe in God, I'll leave it as it is.

But for those who do, I hope we will keep in mind always that we are not believing in a god who is dead, but whom we believe and know with our whole heart, mind and soul that He is real and existent, the only God and every moment of our lives is within His hands and without His mercy, no one will or can be safe. Humans are weak and there are countless things not within our control or knowledge. Therefore, let us always remain humble and pray for His protection, help and mercy in every moment of every day, not just for us alone, but also for those who are dear and important to us.
